Adam Preiner CA ARITA

MANAGING DIRECTOR

Adam is the Managing Director of Integra Restructuring & Insolvency.  He is an ASIC Registered Liquidator and a Chartered Accountant with over 14 years’ experience in the insolvency industry. He has worked in both Sydney and Melbourne on a number of corporate and personal appointments. These include trade-on appointments and liquidations with complex legal matters. 
 
Adam aims to assist clients with companies that are in financial distress and formulate strategies to achieve the best outcome for all stakeholders. He also consents to act as liquidator for petitioning creditors who have applied to wind-up companies who have failed to pay outstanding debts.

Scott Pereira

ANALYST

Scott is an analyst at Integra Restructuring & Insolvency. He is currently studying a Bachelor of Commerce – majoring in Professional Accounting at Macquarie University.

Scott has had several assistant accountant roles prior to commencing at Integra which provides him with the experience to understand a company’s financial accounts and analyse how they operate.
